Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policies

We understand that life happens. Things come up, and sometimes we can’t catch a break with the weather.

I’m also a small-business owner, not Amazon. I pay insurance for every lesson booked. I schedule a babysitter and plan my schedule around our lesson.

Read below so there aren’t any surprises.

If You Cancel:
You can transfer your entry to a semi-private or mini-clinic event to someone else, but you will not get a refund.

Participants who cancel (or no show) to semi-private or mini-clinic events will not receive a refund. However registration transfers are allowed. We will allow you to transfer your registration for any Singletrack Skills event, clinic or lesson to another individual. You must submit your transfer request via email no less than 4 hours prior to the start of the event. Any monetary exchange for the registration is the responsibility of the original registrant.

For private 1:1 lessons, I will work with to reschedule your lesson within reason if you reach out to me with at least 24 hours notice. You may also transfer your private lesson to another individual via the same process outlined above. Please note that no-shows will not be refunded.

If Singletrack Skills Cancels:
Singletrack Skills LLC reserves the right to cancel an event due to insufficient enrollment, adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment, minus any applicable credit card processing fees (up to 4%). If the event is rescheduled, registrants will have the option to attend the rescheduled event or request a refund. 

Singletrack Skills LLC is not responsible for any expenses incurred by registrants in connection with the event, including travel and accommodation costs. 

Singletrack Skills LLC reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, coaches, and other details as necessary.
